How do I book transfer from the airport?

Just a 45 min drive from Puerto Vallarta International Airport, there is a variety of transport services available for guests. For a local experience, ride the public bus! Mid range options are to take a local taxi or uber or book private transportation. Once your booking is made you will receive a list of options that are safe, easy and convenient.

How Can I book Spa services?

Ocean Sanctuary has curated a fantastic spa menu composed of different types of bodywork, ayurvedic therapies and consultations given by our skillful team of wellness practitioners. Book before you arrive or onsite!

Is Punta De Mita Safe?

Puerto Vallarta and Punta de Mita are considered one of the safest cities in the world, ranking at number 7!! Our property is fully gated and only residents and guests can enjoy the premises. We are also next door to the prestigious Punta Mita development which means extra efforts has been put into keeping our town quiet, joyful and safe for everyone to enjoy!

Do you have laundry service?

If you need to do laundry, we can arrange that for you for a small fee. Guest laundry is offered once per week. Turnaround time is about 1-2 days and your clothes will return nicely folded and ready to go again!

How close is Ocean Sanctuary to the beach?

The Villa is situated right across the beach! Cross the cobblestone street, walk down the steps and jump in the ocean!

What about medical services and health concerns?

Punta de Mita is a small beach town and it can get dusty walking in on the street but that’s about it! At the Villa, we have a reverse osmosis water filtration system throughout the property so you can shower and brush your teeth at peace. We serve alkaline water for drinking water and all of our fresh fruits and vegetables are thoroughly disinfected with natural products before serving. As for any travel to tropical regions, your body may need time to acclimate to the weather, the sun, the food. Take it easy the first 2 days and you’ll be fine. We have a state of the art hospital 2 minutes from the property and natural medicine doctors 5 minutes away. You are in good hands! Zika questions: please do your research and tell your doctor your are going to Punta de Mita, Nayarit where in 2019 there was only 3 cases of Zika in the entire state.
